The Empeltre olives for our oil are grown in the region around Maella, in the south of Aragón — a place with a long tradition of olive cultivation. Here we work with local finca owners and care for the land and trees throughout the seasons, following the rhythms shaped by generations of growers.

Gentle flavour, pure origin

With its subtly peppery taste and refined nutty character, our olive oil is well suited for salads, fresh bread, and refined pasta dishes. When gently heated, it retains its elegance and enhances every dish.

The olives are hand-harvested and brought straight to the mill in Maella, where they are coldpressed in smaller batches.
This ensures a close link between harvest and pressing, preserving the integrity of the oil.
