Welcome to 3Strellas.es, the online shop of 3Strellas, based in Aragón, Spain. By placing an order via this website, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Definitions
Consumer:
A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
Business customer / entrepreneur (B2B):
Any natural person or legal entity acting in the course of a trade, business or profession.
3. Product information
Our products consist of olive oil in PET bottles of 5 litres, 2 litres, 1 litre and 250 ml, originating from our own finca and from fincas with which we collaborate.
We offer the following variants:
All prices are in euros and include VAT and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.
The photos are illustrative; slight deviations in color, brightness or packaging are possible. The photographs on the website are for illustrative purposes only; variations in colour, clarity or packaging may occur.
4. Order and pay
Orders are placed through the shopping cart at www.3strellas.es.
After receipt of payment, the order will be processed as soon as possible.
Payment is processed through Mollie. The following payment methods are supported:
By placing an order, the customer declares whether they are acting as a consumer or as a business customer
5. Shipping costs and delivery
Shipping takes place from Spain using DHL eCommerce .
The prices of the olive oil include VAT and shipping costs.
After dispatch, the customer will receive a track & trace code to follow the shipment.
We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As this is our first year of sales, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns (consumers)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition. Opened food products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and food safety.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer may use the withdrawal form on the website or contact us by e-mail.
7. Business orders (B2B)
No statutory right of withdrawal applies to business orders.
Cancellation or return of business orders is only possible if expressly agreed in writing in advance.
8. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or by circumstances beyond our control.
Our products comply with applicable European regulations on food safety and quality.
The customer must inspect the order upon receipt. Incorrect or damaged deliveries must be reported by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
9. Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be submitted via info@3strellas.es. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Spanish law applies to these terms and conditions.
Consumers may submit disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution

10. Intellectual property
All content on this website (texts, photographs, logos, design, trade names and other materials) is the property of Lisette Hubeek / 3Strellas, or is used with the permission of the rights holder.
It is not permitted to copy, store, distribute or otherwise use this content without prior written permission.
The name 3Strellas is used as a trade name and is currently in the process of being registered as a trademark. This does not aƯect the existing rights of the user of this name.
11. Amendments to the terms and conditions
We reserve the right to amend these GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITONS.
The version in force at the time the order is placed shall apply.
